This certification is a recognition of SOE’s continued commitment to offering only the highest quality service and treatment to our valued clients. Our dedication to using evidence based best practice is reflected in our accreditation.
To gain this certificate, the NDIS commission completed a thorough audit that included a full day exploration of files, office outfit, policies and procedures and direct client contact via phone call for feedback.
This certification process is necessary for every organisation who provide higher risk, more complex services and supports to NDIS participants, such as early intervention services. It is an assurance that SOE can provide a high level of support and treatment regardless of the risk or complexity of individual cases.
The IHCA certification is another assurance that SOE is dedicated to treating it’s clients with dignity and respect, and maintaining a high level of integrity while providing the regional communities of South Australia with stellar service and support.
We are continually striving to improve our practice and services. The IHCA certification means SOE is accountable to maintain and continue to structure our practice according to NDIS protocols and regulations. Our clients can be assured they will be extended every opportunity and support in the self-determination of the services we provide.
SOE is also committed to maintaining peer mentorship and training on various therapy practices to ensure that clients are provided with therapy goals that reflect the NDIS goals in their plans. SOE will continue to grow and adapt to provide the community with the best support possible.
The IHCA certification is simply further evidence of SOE’s commitment to providing evidenced based best practice with full policies and procedures in place that allow us to strive to empower our clients and improve their well-being and quality of life.
